* As of right now, all orders come in a small handmade bag, usually made of cotton, with a design, color, and exact size of my choosing. Also, hook earrings come with a set of rubber peanuts (you know, those things that keep your earrings on no matter what, i.e. rubber posts).
*There is a $6.50 shipping charge to cover USPS Priority shipping and insurance. Larger orders may require more insurance.
* Jewelry that is defective can be returned within 30 days, buyer pays shipping. If all components are still present, then the repair will be free. If all components are not present I will either make do with materials I have or offer you a product of equal value and simliar taste. Defective here defines a product which, through no rough treatment, has broken or otherwise falied. Not defective: if you get your necklace caught in a car door and it breaks, I will not claim responsibility for that item's failure. There are no returns on earrings (unless you have recieved a different pair than you ordered). This is for hygiene reasons.
* I want you to be happy with your order. But, there are absolutely no refunds on custom orders.
* Custom orders are almost always accepted. Please email me with questions/color samples/ideas/budget and I will do my best to meet your requirements. I pride myself on responding to customer inquiries quickly. Some examples of custom work can be seen on my gallery page.
* Most items can be switched from gold to silver and vice versa. If you see something you like in gold, but you want it in silver, I will do my best to make that happen for you. Also, if you have sensitivities to any metals and would like sterling, plate, gold-filled or another choice that is not shown for that item(s), contact me and I will let you know what choices you have. Some components I may not be able to change (like vintage or repurposed). Some items/requests may carry an additional charge. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. **NOTE** On the earrings pages, you will find shopping cart buttons that can be used to upgrade any pair of earrings (like from silver plate to sterling, for example).
* I will never share your information with ANYone, for ANY reason. It is unethical and untrustworthy. Currently, I do not even have a mailing list, though I do occasionally send out emails about sales I will be holding.
